This document specifies the requirements and test methods for the barrier-free use of building doors and windows. This document is applicable to building doors and windows frequently used by disabled people, the elderly, children, and other people with mobility difficulties. This document is not applicable to special doors and windows such as fire-resistant doors and windows, anti-riot doors and windows, escape doors and windows, and radiation-shielding doors and windows.
