Abstract
This standard specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, operating procedures, and result presentation for the determination of fumonisins in corn and its products using immunoaffinity column purification high-performance liquid chromatography and immunoaffinity column purification fluorescence photometry.
In this standard, the immunoaffinity column purification high-performance liquid chromatography is suitable for the determination of fumonisin B1 and B2 in corn and corn products, and the immunoaffinity column purification fluorescence photometry is suitable for the determination of the total amount of fumonisin in corn and corn products.
The detection limit of the immunoaffinity column purification high-performance liquid chromatography is 0.1 mg/kg; the detection limit of the immunoaffinity column purification fluorescence photometry is 0.5 mg/kg.
