Abstract
This document specifies the governance, management, and implementation processes of organizational change management (OCM) that can be used in organizations, projects, or smaller-scale activities. It includes a general process description of the organizational change management process and provides supporting diagrams to describe the process.
This document is applicable to, but not limited to, change initiators, change agents, change team members, and project managers, especially those responsible for governing, managing, and implementing organizational changes.
