Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining the haze of films used in liquid crystal displays (LCDs).
This standard is applicable to the determination of the haze of triacetin (TAC) films, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) films, and optical-grade polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films used in LCDs. This standard is also applicable to the determination of the haze of TAC films of different thicknesses used in eyeglass lenses.
