Abstract
This document specifies the product classification, materials, technical requirements, test methods, quality assurance, packaging, marking, transportation, storage, and order documents for copper-clad laminates used in printed circuits (hereinafter referred to as "copper-clad laminates").
This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, and shipment monitoring of single-sided or double-sided copper-clad laminates with a thickness of 0.05 mm to 6.4 mm, as well as the incoming inspection by downstream users.
