Abstract
This standard specifies the principles of traffic organization for urban road construction operations, the requirements for traffic organization, the requirements for the setting up of traffic management facilities, the requirements for construction plans, the preparation of traffic organization plans, and the process of traffic organization design, etc.
This standard applies to the traffic organization of the construction section and the surrounding road network during the period of urban road occupation for construction operations, but does not apply to temporary and mobile construction operations.
