This standard is applicable to determining the external safety protection distance of hazardous chemical production facilities and storage facilities.
This standard is not applicable to production and circulation enterprises in the civilian explosives industry, fireworks and firecracker production enterprises and storage warehouses, automobile fueling stations, oil and gas transmission pipelines, urban gas, within port areas, and hazardous chemical production facilities and storage facilities used for national defense scientific research and production.
