JJG 648-1996 Discontinuous Totalizing Automatic Weighing Instruments(Totalizing Hopper Weighers)
Abstract
This regulation applies to the type-approval, prototype testing, initial verification, subsequent verification, and in-service inspection of newly manufactured, in-use, and repaired non-continuous cumulative automatic weighing instruments.
This regulation does not apply to the following two types of weighing instruments:
—— "dynamic weighing" type weighing instruments;
—— weighing instruments that accumulate bulk cargo by multiplying the preset constant load by the number of weighing cycles.
