Abstract
This standard specifies the general requirements for the safety technical prevention system of electric vehicle charging and replacement facilities in urban public facilities, as well as related requirements for charging stations, battery replacement stations, decentralized charging facilities, and management and maintenance.
This standard applies to the construction of safety technical prevention systems such as video surveillance, intrusion alarms, and entrance control for newly built, renovated, and expanded urban public facilities for electric vehicle charging and replacement.
