Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining volatile basic nitrogen in food.
This standard is applicable to the determination of volatile basic nitrogen in foods mainly made from meat, fresh (frozen) meat of animals, meat products and processed meat products, aquatic products and seafood of animal origin and their processed products, preserved egg products such as preserved eggs (Mushroom Eggs) and salted eggs, etc.
