The scope of this part of GB/Z 25320 is the information security of power system control and operation. The main purpose of this part is to "develop standards for the security of communication protocols defined by IEC TC 57, particularly for IEC 60870-5, IEC 60870-6, IEC 61850, IEC 61970, and IEC 61968; and to undertake the development of standards and technical reports related to end-to-end security".
