Abstract
This standard specifies the test equipment, test conditions, test methods, result evaluation, grain size marking, and grading boundaries for the grain size inspection of uncoated superhard abrasives. This standard is applicable to the grain size inspection of artificial diamonds or cubic boron nitride with sizes ranging from 16/18 to 500/600.
