Abstract
This document specifies the parameters and indicators for the reliability evaluation of machine tool electrical appliances (hereinafter referred to as electrical appliances), the categories and severity of faults, and the methods of reliability testing and reliability evaluation.
This document is applicable to the verification of the reliability of machine tool electrical appliance components during the development phase, as well as the monitoring and inspection of product characteristics during the production process.
This document can also be applied to electrical appliance products with similar reliability requirements.
