GB/T 2423.54-2022 Environmental testing—Part 2:Test methods—Test Xc:Fluid contamination
Abstract
This document specifies the test method for evaluating the impact of accidental fluid contact on components, equipment, or their constituent materials (hereinafter referred to as "test samples"). The fluids listed in this document represent those commonly encountered during use. Test samples do not need to be exposed to all or some of the listed fluids, and the list of fluids is not exhaustive. If the fluids used in the test are not listed in this document, relevant specifications must list them. Appendix A provides guidance on the selection of test fluids, test samples, and severity levels. This document is not applicable to verifying the operational suitability of components or equipment that are in continuous contact with fluids, such as immersed fuel pumps, nor is it applicable to verifying the resistance to electrolytic corrosion.
