Abstract
This standard specifies the profile, diameter, and pitch series, basic dimensions, tolerances, markings, and limit dimensions for zinc-plated threads on external threads. This standard applies to hot-dip galvanized threaded fasteners. The external thread surface has a hot-dip galvanized coating, and the internal thread is tapped after galvanizing.
