Abstract
This document specifies the general purpose, target, methods and procedures, responsibilities and capabilities, approaches, comprehensive judgment and disposal measures, and safety assessment reports for the safety assessment of lifting machinery.
This document is applicable to tower cranes, mobile cranes, boom cranes, bridge and gantry cranes, and cable cranes. Other types of lifting machinery can refer to and implement it accordingly.
