Abstract
This standard stipulates the basic requirements for the supervision and management norms of the "purchasing, sales, and inventory" of drugs in fixed-point pharmaceutical institutions, the handling of reports and complaints, and quality evaluation and improvement.
This standard applies to the supervision and management of the purchase, sale, and inventory of drugs in medical and care institutions and retail pharmacies (hereinafter referred to as "service institutions") that are fixed points of medical insurance in coordinated regions by the supervision and management institutions of medical insurance funds (hereinafter referred to as "regulatory agencies"). Medical devices and consumables are also subject to this standard.
