Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, resources, service venues, infrastructure and specialized equipment for prosthetic fitting services, prosthetic configuration, prosthetic delivery, and service requirements and responsibilities.
This standard applies to all types of institutions engaged in providing prosthetic clinical fitting services, but does not apply to institutions engaged in the production or sale of prosthetic product components and materials.
