DB32/T 3731-2020 Specification for window with public satisfaction in handling complaints
Abstract
This standard specifies the organizational system requirements, venue requirements, facility and equipment requirements, personnel requirements, work requirements, and evaluation criteria for the establishment of "People's Satisfaction Windows" by party and government petition agencies at the provincial, prefectural, and county (city, district) levels.
This standard applies to the establishment of "People's Satisfaction Windows" in petition agencies in Jiangsu Province. Petition agencies in economic development zones (parks) at the provincial level and above, other government agencies, social organizations, and enterprises and institutions may refer to and implement it accordingly.
