GB/T 17738.3-2013 Radio frequency and coaxial cable assemblies—Part 3:Sectional specification for semi-flexible coaxial cable assemiblies
Abstract
This part of GB/T 17738 specifies the unified requirements for the electrical, mechanical, and environmental performance tests of semi-flexible coaxial cable assemblies (hereinafter referred to as cable assemblies) composed of semi-flexible coaxial cables and coaxial connectors.
This part applies to semi-flexible coaxial cable assemblies that transmit transverse electromagnetic waves (TEM).
Note 1: For this part, a cable assembly is always considered as a single unit. All provisions apply only to finished assemblies and not to individual and unassembled components.
Note 2: This part should be supplemented by detailed specifications, which should stipulate the additional details required for specific applications. It is not necessary to conduct all tests for specific applications.
