Abstract
This standard specifies the normative requirements for the construction teams (hereinafter referred to as "teams") of highway construction projects in terms of management responsibilities, team organization and management, team operation management, team informatization management, team culture construction, and site management.
This standard applies to the management of construction teams for new and renovation (expansion) projects of highways. The management of construction teams for new and renovation (expansion) projects of other grade highways can be implemented with reference to this standard.
