Abstract
This standard specifies the fuel consumption limits and measurement methods for motorcycles and mopeds. This standard applies to motorcycles and mopeds powered by internal combustion engines, as well as three-wheeled motorcycles powered by compression-ignition engines. This standard does not apply to vehicles that only use gas fuels or alcohol fuels.
