GB/T 10066.1-2019 Active

This part of GB/T 10066 specifies the basic test steps, test conditions, and test methods for determining the main performance parameters and operating characteristics of various industrial devices and equipment used for electric heating (EH) or electromagnetic processing of materials (EPM).
This part is applicable to the trial operation of the aforementioned devices and equipment, the verification of design improvements, or energy-related tasks, including determining the benchmarks for energy use or energy efficiency and conducting labeling. Some concepts in this part can be directly used as key performance indicators.
This part is not applicable to household and similar electric cooking and heating devices; nor is it applicable to household and industrial room heating, brazing, welding, or other similar equipment and appliances, as well as electric heating devices used for agriculture and heating roads, bridges, parking lots, or any form of space heating.
The detailed test methods for special types of electric heating or electromagnetic processing equipment and devices are not within the scope of this part, but are specified in their corresponding special test methods. This part can be used as a general reference for the test methods of all future special types of electric heating or electromagnetic processing equipment or devices.
