Abstract
This procedure is only applicable to the verification of insulation resistance testers (including newly manufactured, in-use, and repaired insulation resistance testers) that directly measure insulation resistance. It is not applicable to digital or special-purpose instruments used to measure insulation resistance, whose technical requirements differ from those specified in this procedure.
