Abstract
This part of GB/T 10067 specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, as well as ordering and supply of polycrystalline silicon ingot casting furnaces (hereinafter referred to as polycrystalline furnaces). This part is applicable to polycrystalline furnaces used for directionally solidified growth of solar-grade polycrystalline silicon ingots.
