GB 4789.30-2016 Food Safety National Standards Microbiological Examination of Food: Detection of Listeria monocytogenes
Abstract
This standard specifies the testing methods for Listeria monocytogenes in food.
The first method of this standard is applicable to the qualitative testing of Listeria monocytogenes in food; the second method is applicable to the counting of Listeria monocytogenes in foods with a high content of Listeria monocytogenes; the third method is applicable to the counting of Listeria monocytogenes in foods with a low content of Listeria monocytogenes (<100 CFU/g) and a high content of contaminating bacteria, especially in milk, water, and foods containing particulate matter that interferes with the counting of bacteria.
