Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining the content of T-2 toxin in food.
The first method of this standard is applicable to the determination of the content of T-2 toxin in grains and grain products, such as alcohol, soy sauce, vinegar, and sauces and sauced products. The second and third methods are applicable to the determination of the content of T-2 toxin in grains and grain products.
