GB/T 21540-2022 Hydraulic fluid power—On-line automatic particle-counting systems for liquids—Methods of calibration and validation
Abstract
This document specifies the calibration and verification methods for online liquid automatic particle counting systems. This document is applicable to the following purposes: -- For the verification of suspension preparation equipment used for the calibration of liquid automatic particle counters; -- For the online calibration of liquid automatic particle counters; -- For the matching of two or more online liquid automatic particle counters, for example, counting particles of a given size using two associated online liquid automatic particle counters; -- For the verification of online particle counting systems with or without dilution, for example, measuring the filtration efficiency of hydraulic filters in multiple pass-through tests as specified in GB/T 18853.
