GB 5009.212-2016 National standard for food safety: Determination of diarrheogenic shellfish toxins in shellfish
Abstract
This standard specifies the mouse bioassay enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) methods for the determination of diarrheal shellfish toxins in shellfish.
The mouse bioassay and ELISA methods in this standard are applicable to the determination of diarrheal shellfish toxins in shellfish and their products. The LC-MS/MS method is applicable to the determination of diarrheal shellfish toxins, including okadaic acid (OA), dinophysistoxin-1 (DTX-1), and dinophysistoxin-2 (DTX-2) in edible parts of shellfish and their products (excluding salted products).
