This standard specifies the method for determining benzo(a)pyrene in food.
This standard is applicable to the determination of benzo(a)pyrene in grains and their products (rice, brown rice, rice, wheat, wheat flour, corn, corn flour, corn meal, corn flakes), meat and meat products (smoked, roasted, grilled meats), aquatic animals and their products (smoked and grilled aquatic products), and fats and their products.
