Abstract
This standard specifies the emission control requirements for air pollutants, monitoring requirements, and operational management and monitoring, implementation and supervision for lead-acid battery production enterprises (including production facilities).
This standard applies to the management of air pollutant emissions from existing, new, modified, and expanded lead-acid battery production enterprises (including production facilities), as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, completion acceptance, and air pollutant control and management of construction projects for lead-acid battery production enterprises (including production facilities) after they go into operation.
