Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining the acrylamide content in paper, cardboard, and paper products using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LCMS/MS). This standard is applicable to the determination of acrylamide content in paper, cardboard, and paper products, and can also be used for reference in the determination of acrylamide content in pulp. The quantitative limit of the method specified in this standard is 0.02 mg/kg.
