Abstract
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, transportation, and storage of steel drum containers (hereinafter referred to as drum containers) with a capacity of 17 L to 24 L, which are used for transporting and storing liquid and solid dangerous goods and non-dangerous goods. This standard applies to steel drum containers made primarily from thin steel plates.
