Abstract
This part of GB/T 4798 applies to the environmental parameters and their severity classification of stored products. Products may be packaged during storage.
The environmental conditions referred to in this part are limited to those that directly affect the products and their basic performance. This part does not specifically describe the impact of these conditions on the products.
This part does not include the direct impact of fire or explosion on the products.
The conditions of fixed use, portable use, and non-fixed use, as well as transportation by vehicles and ships, are described in other parts of IEC 60721-3.
This part specifies the environmental conditions that products may encounter during storage. The environmental conditions during transportation and loading are described in IEC 60721-3-2.
