This document specifies the method for determining the maximum speed of a handle milling cutter when a given eccentricity distance is applied to the clamping device, and provides the content of the tool markings.
This document is applicable to cylindrical handle milling cutters, conical handle milling cutters, hole milling cutters mounted on mandrels, or circular saw blades.
