Abstract
This part of GB/T 18916 specifies the relevant terms and definitions, calculation methods, and water withdrawal quotas for ionic rare earth mine smelting and separation production.
This part applies to the management of water withdrawal for existing, new, and modified and expanded ionic rare earth mine smelting and separation production.
This part does not include the management of water withdrawal for neodymium iron boron waste recycling rare earth smelting and separation production; nor does it include the management of water withdrawal for rare earth concentrates (including rare earth chlorides, rare earth carbonates, rare earth oxalates, rare earth hydroxides, rare earth oxides, etc.) smelting and separation production.
