This part of GB/T 31887 specifies the safety requirements and test methods for fixtures and control devices used in lighting and retroreflective devices, as well as maintenance guidelines and installation and usage instructions.
This part applies to bicycles used on public roads, particularly those equipped with lighting and retroreflective devices that comply with GB 3565 (all parts) and GB 14746.
