GB/T 6986-2014 Standard test method for cloud point of petroleum products
Abstract
This standard specifies two methods for determining the cloud point of petroleum products, biodiesel, and biodiesel blended fuels: manual and automatic. The manual method is used as an arbitration method.
This standard is only applicable to determining the cloud point of petroleum products, biodiesel, and biodiesel blended fuels that are transparent at a layer thickness of 40 mm and have a cloud point below 49 °C.
