Abstract
This document specifies the preliminary diagnosis, optimization utilization technical requirements and measures for the recovery and utilization of surplus energy in the circulating cooling water system (hereinafter referred to as "surplus energy utilization"), as well as the calculation and evaluation of surplus energy utilization.
This document is applicable to water-driven fans and cooling towers and their systems, and also to cooling towers driven by a combination of water and electricity, jet cooling towers and their systems.
