GB/T 33607-2017 Smart grid operation and control system architecture
Abstract
This standard specifies the overall design and system framework of the smart grid dispatching and control system, and standardizes the functional positioning and composition of the basic platform, real-time monitoring and early warning applications, dispatching plan and safety verification applications, dispatching management applications, and power grid operation cockpit applications, as well as the overall performance requirements of the system.
This standard is applicable to the design, R&D, construction, acceptance, operation, and maintenance of smart grid dispatching and control systems at the provincial level and above. Dispatching and control systems at the prefecture and county (distribution) levels may refer to it for implementation.
