Scope

This standard specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography method for determining the content of resveratrol in agricultural products. This standard is applicable to the determination of resveratrol content in agricultural products such as peanut skins, grape skins, alfalfa, coptis chinensis, and knotweed. The detection limit and quantification limit of the resveratrol content in peanut skins and grape skins are both 0.6 μg/g, and the detection limit and quantification limit of the resveratrol content in alfalfa are both 2.0 μg/g; the detection limit and quantification limit of the resveratrol content in coptis chinensis and knotweed are both 7.5 μg/g.
