Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining the pectin content in papermaking raw materials. This standard is applicable to the determination of pectin content in various papermaking raw materials. This standard provides two methods for determining the pectin content, namely the gravimetric method and the carbazole colorimetric method, and the two methods are equally effective.
