GB/T 2820.1-2022 Reciprocating internal combustion engine driven alternating current generating sets—Part 1:Application,ratings and performance
Abstract
This document specifies the use, specifications, and performance of generator sets consisting of reciprocating internal combustion (RIC) engines, alternating current (AC) generators, control devices, and switchgear, as well as auxiliary equipment.
This document provides basic guidelines for AC generator sets driven by other types of reciprocating prime movers (such as biogas engines and steam engines) and for generator sets with special applications (such as essential power supply for hospitals and high-rise buildings) that have additional requirements.
This document applies to AC generator sets driven by reciprocating internal combustion (RIC) engines for land and marine use, as well as for applications such as continuous power supply, peak load power supply, and backup power supply.
This document does not apply to generator sets for aviation or for driving land vehicles and locomotives.
