This document applies to special papers for wood-based panel decoration, including decorative base papers, printed decorative papers, decorative adhesive film papers, wear-resistant decorative adhesive film papers, surface papers, surface adhesive film papers, wear-resistant surface papers, wear-resistant surface adhesive film papers, balance papers, and balance adhesive film papers. This document does not apply to kraft paper, pre-painted paper, and tissue paper.
