Abstract
This standard specifies the parameter ranges and performance requirements of cement kiln waste heat boilers, as well as the technical requirements for design, manufacture, installation, use, testing, acceptance, and quality responsibility. This standard applies to flue gas waste heat boilers that utilize the waste heat of new dry-process rotary cement kilns and non-supplementary combustion flue gas waste heat boilers.
