GB/T 26368-2010

This standard specifies the raw materials and technical requirements, application scope, usage methods, testing methods, marking and packaging, transportation and storage, labels and instructions, and precautions for iodine-containing disinfectants (iodine tincture and iodine povidone).
This standard applies to iodine tincture with an effective iodine concentration of 18 g/L to 22 g/L and iodine povidone with an effective iodine concentration of 2 g/L to 10 g/L, which are used for disinfecting the skin, mucous membranes, and hands.
The iodine povidone disinfectants specified in this standard refer to complex iodine disinfectants made from components such as iodine, polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), non-ionic surfactants of polyol ethers, potassium iodide, etc.
