Abstract
This document specifies the requirements for the design and construction of security technology prevention systems, as well as the requirements for evaluation, inspection, acceptance, and operation and maintenance of such systems in communication units in Shanghai City.
This document applies to the construction and management of security technology prevention systems in communication units in the administrative area of Shanghai City that have been approved by the competent departments of the national information and communication industry and are capable of providing basic communication services such as public network infrastructure, public data transmission, and basic voice communication services.
