Abstract
This standard specifies the determination method for the trace element contents of copper, lead, zinc, indium, iron, tin, nickel, magnesium, cobalt, chromium, manganese, titanium, rubidium, molybdenum, and bismuth in high-purity gallium.
This standard is applicable to the simultaneous determination of the trace element contents of copper, lead, zinc, indium, iron, tin, nickel, magnesium, cobalt, chromium, manganese, titanium, rubidium, molybdenum, and bismuth in high-purity gallium (with a gallium content of 99.999% to 99.9999%).
