Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, characteristics, structure, and connection dimensions, technical requirements, testing, marking, and packaging of hose connectors for welding, cutting, and related process equipment. This standard applies to hose connections for welding, cutting, and related process equipment with an inner diameter of 6.3 mm to 12.5 mm in metric threading, as well as hose connections for welding, cutting, and related process equipment with an inner diameter of 3.2 mm to 20 mm in 55° non-sealed pipe threading.
