GB/T 42179-2022 MJ thread spline-drive self-locking nuts for aerospace
Abstract
This document specifies the structure, dimensions, and technical requirements of MJ threaded twelve-lobed spline self-locking nuts for aerospace applications (hereinafter referred to as "self-locking nuts"). This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, and inspection of GH2132A self-locking nuts with a strength grade of 1,100 MPa and a maximum operating temperature of 650 °C, as well as GH4738 self-locking nuts with a strength grade of 1,210 MPa and a maximum operating temperature of 730 °C.
